Oktopeak started in 2015 in Novi Sad, Serbia. Two engineers who'd seen too many projects fail, not from bad code, but from misaligned expectations, poor communication, and teams that treated software as a commodity.

We built Oktopeak differently. A small, focused team. Direct communication with the people doing the work. No account managers playing telephone. No outsourcing to whoever's cheapest.

The name comes from the octopus, intelligent, adaptable, capable of handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously. "Peak" is the standard we hold ourselves to. Together: versatility meets excellence.

Today, we specialize in regulated industries where getting it wrong isn't an option. Legal tech, healthcare, logistics. Industries where compliance, security, and reliability aren't features, they're requirements.

Where We Are

We're based in Novi Sad, Serbia's second-largest city and a growing tech hub. Our timezone (CET/CEST) overlaps well with both US East Coast mornings and European business hours.

Most of our clients are in the United States and European Union. We're used to async communication, clear documentation, and making timezone differences invisible.
