Petar Jovanović

Petar co-founded Oktopeak and leads the technical side of it. Ten years of building SaaS platforms, most of the last few spent on software for firms that operate under regulation, where a design decision made in week one determines whether the thing can pass an audit in year two.

He owns architecture decisions and he is on the client calls. Those two jobs are usually split across two people at an agency, and keeping them together is deliberate: the person deciding how a system gets built is the same person who heard the constraint first-hand. Scoping calls, architecture, and the awkward conversations about what a project will actually cost all land with him.

Most of his work sits in legal and healthcare, for clients in the US and EU. That means practice management data, patient records, permission models, and audit trails, rather than greenfield products with no rules attached.
