What it costs to start

Most law firms start free with our open-source connector for Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics. Clio Backup is $500 one time. The Firm Plan, Claude on your practice system for the whole firm, is $300 a month. Anything we build for you gets a fixed price in writing after a free review, and you own it.

For law firms, cheapest first

Four ways in. Most firms start on the first or second step and move up when it pays for itself.

  1. Freeopen source

    The connector

Connect Claude to your Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics on your own computer. Free and open source; install it yourself from the guide.

Best for a solo attorney trying it first.

  2. $500one time

    Clio Backup

Every matter and document in Clio, copied every night to OneDrive, SharePoint or S3 your firm owns. Documents included, a folder per matter.

Best for a firm that wants its own copy of everything in Clio.

  3. $300a month, the whole firm

    The Firm Plan

Claude connected to your Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics for everyone in the firm, set up in your own cloud. Every month we build one thing you ask for. No setup fee, nothing charged until it's live, cancel any time and keep everything.

    What firms ask for first

    • Time entries drafted from your notes and emails
    • The Monday report: unbilled time, quiet matters, overdue tasks
    • Matters and tasks created from an email
    • Recurring reports pulled from Clio
    • Call notes filed to the right matter

Best for a firm of 2 to 25 that wants everyone on it.

  4. Fixed priceafter a free review

For clinics and health platforms

The same rule: a free review first, then a fixed price in writing, and the software is yours.

Pricing questions

Because those are the same for every firm. The connector is free, a Clio backup is the same job everywhere, and the Firm Plan is one flat price for the whole firm. A build depends on what you need, so we price it after a free review instead of guessing.

No. Every price is fixed and in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, you get a new written price before anything changes.

It depends on the job, so the number comes after a free review: we look at what you have, write a fixed scope, and give you one price and a date. Most first versions take six to ten weeks. You pay against milestones you accept in writing.

Yes. Most firms start with the free connector on one computer. The Firm Plan puts the same connector in your firm's own cloud so everyone can use it, and adds one thing we build for you each month.

Yes. Clio runs separate regions for the US, Canada, Europe and Australia, and we connect to each of them. The team is in Novi Sad, Serbia, with a US partner covering American hours.

The Firm Plan is a card on file, charged for the first time on the day you confirm it works. Clio Backup is invoiced once. Builds are invoiced in milestones, each one after you accept it in writing.
