Claude connected to your Clio. The whole firm. $300 a month.

[ WHAT $300 A MONTH GETS THE FIRM ]

Ten things, all included

Each one is a thing firms asked us for in writing. None of them costs extra.

01

Setup included, no setup fee

The connector runs as one service in your firm's own cloud account (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or whatever you already have), under a Clio developer app in your firm's name. Live within ten business days of cloud access.

02

Everyone in the firm, one price

Each person signs in to Clio with their own login and sees exactly what they see in Clio. Works in claude.ai in the browser, Claude Desktop and a Claude Team or Enterprise org. Five people or twenty-five, same $300.

03

One request a month, built by us

A scheduled report, a new query shape, a prompt skill for a recurring job, a write tool switched on behind an approval step, a small hookup to something you already use. One in progress at a time. Unused carries over one month.

04

The Monday report, from week one

Every Monday before anyone is in: unbilled time, matters with no activity for two weeks, overdue tasks, deadlines this week. It is every firm's first included request, so it is running inside the first month.

05

A monthly note from us

Who used it, how much, which tools, what changed, and what we suggest next. Read from the audit log, written by a person.

06

Kept running

Clio API and sign-in changes patched, connector upgrades, monitoring, security patches, defects on code we wrote fixed without a cap. A person answers within one business day.

07

One audit log for the firm

Tool names, ids and dates per person, never content. CSV export. Read-only is enforced in one place, so it cannot drift laptop by laptop.

08

Onboarding for the team

A one-hour session with everyone who will use it, a short written guide, and a list of prompts that work on your Clio from day one.

09

Cancel any time, keep everything

The code is open source, and the deployment, the Clio app and the log are in your firm's name. Stop paying and it keeps running. Only the updates, the monthly request and the monthly note stop.

10

Pay nothing until it is live

Card on file, first charge on the day your firm confirms it works. If it never runs, you owe nothing and we delete what we set up.

[ WHAT IT COSTS ]

One number, and it does not move with headcount

$300

a month, for the firm

Flat. Five people or twenty-five, the same number. Most tools in this space charge per user, per month, for as long as you use them.

$0

setup fee

The deployment, the Clio app, the sign-ins, the onboarding session and the first Monday report are inside the first month. Nothing is charged until it is live.

Yours

the only other bill is your cloud

Your own cloud bill is typically under $40 a month at this size, paid to your provider, not to us.

Need more than one request a month, two in parallel, or a named engineer? Say so in the form and we quote that in writing. The plan itself never changes price.

[ HOW IT STARTS ]

Three steps, ten business days

Step 1

Tell us three things

Which system (Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics), which cloud, how many people. The form below takes a minute. Petar replies within one business day with the order link.

Step 2

We set it up

Your firm registers its own Clio app with our wizard, we deploy the service in your cloud, and everyone signs in once. Live within ten business days of cloud access.

Step 3

The first Monday report runs

You confirm it works, the card is charged for the first time, and your first request of the month is already in progress.

[ WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ]

The Firm Plan, in twenty-six seconds

The connector in your own cloud, each person signed in as themselves, one audit log, one automation a month. Live in ten days, $300 a month flat.

[ IF YOU STOP ]

Cancel any time. It keeps running.

The code is open source under MIT. The deployment is in your cloud, the Clio app and the audit log are in your firm's name, and the documentation lets anyone take it over. Nothing to migrate, nothing to export, nothing held back.

What stops is our work: updates when Clio changes its API, the monthly request and the monthly note. Come back any month and it starts again.

[ SECURITY, IN FIVE FACTS ]

  • Clio's documented API only, no scraping, no undocumented endpoints.
  • Clio's own OAuth login for each person; the token carries exactly what that person can already see.
  • Nothing stored except each user's encrypted token in your secret store and a log without content.
  • Nothing passes through Oktopeak. Data moves between your cloud, Clio and your Claude conversation.
  • Open source under MIT; a security overview written for your reviewer, on request.

Your reviewer gets a written security overview and the deployment documentation, so every statement can be checked against the source.

This is for you if

  • Two to fifty people on Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics, and a Claude plan the firm already pays for.
  • You want everyone on it, not one attorney's laptop, and one record of what AI touched.
  • There is a report or a chore you would like to stop doing by hand, and you want someone to build it this month.

Not yet if

  • You are a solo. The free connector installs on your own laptop in five minutes and costs nothing.
  • Clio: the firm's Clio account needs API access, which every paid Clio Manage plan has. Trial accounts lose it after seven days.
  • MyCase: Open API access exists only on the Advanced tier. Basic and Pro cannot use the connector at any price.
  • Filevine and Lawmatics: same plan, same price.

[ FAQ ]

Firm Plan: questions firms ask

Any plan that supports custom connectors: Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Team or Enterprise is the right fit for a firm because the admin adds the connector once for the whole org and training on your data is off by default. We cover the choice in Which Claude plan should a law firm buy.

Something that fits inside the connector and Claude you already have and can be described in a few sentences: a scheduled report, a new way to query matters, a prompt skill for a job you repeat, a write tool switched on behind an approval step, a small hookup to a tool you already use. We size it in the first reply and show you a preview within five business days.

A new integration, a new system of record or a new screen is a fixed-price package, quoted in writing before any work.

In your firm's own cloud account, under your billing, with your administrator approving the deployment. We hold nothing: each person's Clio token is encrypted in your secret store, the audit log is in your account, and no Clio content is stored anywhere. Our only standing access is the one you grant us to maintain it, which you can revoke in a click.

Yes. A small cloud account takes an hour to open and we walk you through it on the onboarding call; the running cost is a few dollars a month paid to the provider. If you would rather not run anything at all, tell us in the form and we will say what we can offer.

Read-only by default. Writes (a task, a note, a calendar entry, a time entry) are switched on as a request, behind an approval step, and every write is logged to the person who made it. There is no delete in any mode.

The standard one: unbilled time by person, matters with no activity for fourteen days, overdue tasks, deadlines in the coming week. It runs as a scheduled task against the connector before anyone is in. Your first request can change what is in it.

It keeps running. The code is open source under MIT, the deployment is in your cloud, the Clio app and the audit log are in your firm's name, and the documentation lets anyone take it over. What stops is our work: updates when Clio changes its API, the monthly request and the monthly note.

Probably not yet. The free connector on the Clio page installs on your own laptop in five minutes and costs nothing. The plan is for a firm that wants everyone on it, one audit log, and someone building the next thing each month.

Same plan, same price. MyCase needs the Advanced tier because that is the only one with API access. Say which system in the form and we set up the matching connector.
